Deleting your account
Last updated 16 September 2026
Shop owners have an account with Shopfront, a service operated by VAMSHIAIG LLP (LLPIN ADA-3636). You can delete it yourself, from inside the app, and it takes effect immediately.
How to delete it
- Sign in and open Settings from the dashboard.
- Scroll to Delete account at the bottom.
- Download your orders first if you want to keep them — the sheet offers a CSV, and this is your last chance to take it.
- Type your shop's link to confirm, then delete.
This cannot be undone, and it is not only your login that goes. Deleting your account also deletes your shop and its public page, your catalogue and photos, your coupons, and your entire order history — including records you may need for tax. Nothing is kept in a recycle bin, and we cannot restore it afterwards.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in account and email address.
- Your shop: its name, description, hours, contact details, address and location.
- Your catalogue, categories, and every photo you uploaded.
- Your coupons and your delivery settings.
- Every order, including the customer names, phone numbers and addresses attached to them, and any reviews customers left.
- Any devices registered to receive your new-order alerts.
Customers who saved a link to one of your orders will find it no longer works, and your storefront link stops resolving. Ordinary server logs may retain technical records for a short period; they are not used to reconstruct a deleted shop.
If you are a shopper
Ordering does not create an account, so there is nothing to delete. Your order is held by the shop you ordered from — ask them, or write to us below and we will pass it on. Clearing the app's data removes the identifier your device uses to show you your recent orders.
If you cannot sign in
Write to contact@vamshiaig.com from the email address on the account and ask for it to be deleted. We will confirm it is you before deleting anything, and confirm again once it is done.
What we store in the first place is described in the privacy policy.
